Billingtons Gingerbread: Featured on BBC1’s “Escape to the Country”!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Our cherished heritage gingerbread – Billingtons Gingerbread, was recently featured on BBC 1’s “Escape to the Country”! In this special segment, viewers had the opportunity to watch Rachel & Tom as they searched for their perfect home in the beautiful county of Shropshire. This journey took them to our home town of Market Drayton, where they discovered the spicy secret of Billington’s Gingerbread and had the opportunity to try the warm, spicy notes of our heritage gingerbread, delicately dunked (just like the farmers wives did) in a rich, velvety port.

We are incredibly proud to have our heritage gingerbread showcased on national television, and we’re delighted to share this momentous occasion with our loyal customers.
