We’ve collaborated with our friends at The Shropshire Distillery who have created this delicious Martini recipe. Infused with their cold-brewed coffee liqueur, this cocktail is a delightful blend of indulgence and sophistication. Beautifully garnished and complimented with Billington’s Gingerbread, which brings out the sweet and spicy notes – try it and experience the perfect harmony of flavours!

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 100ml AFTER NOON Cold Brewed Coffee Liqueur from The Shropshire Distillery
- 4 fingers Billington’s Gingerbread (for garnish and dust)
- 50ml water
- 25ml gingerbread syrup

Method:
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour in the After Noon Coffee Liqueur, followed by the water and gingerbread syrup.

3. Shake the mixture together in a cocktail shaker (or alternatively you could use a glass jar).
4. Decant and double strain into a martini glass.
5. Crush Billington’s Gingerbread into a fine dust using a pestle and mortar (or a bag and rolling pin).

6. Sieve the dust over the cocktail and finally, place a Billington’s Gingerbread finger on the rim of the glass to garnish.
