As the blossoms bloom and the days grow warmer, it’s time to refresh your palate with something truly delightful, so we’ve partnered up with our friends at The Shropshire Distillery who have put together this exquisite Apple & Honey Gingerbread Sour cocktail. this unique blend of flavours is perfect for celebrating the vibrant spirit of spring!

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 50ml Apple & Honey Gin from The Shropshire Distillery
- Roughly 3 fingers of Billingtonās Gingerbread
- 25ml Ginger Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- A lemon segment
- A dried blood orange segment to garnish

Method:
1. Add ice to a glass.
2. Pour in the Apple & Honey Gin, followed by the Ginger Syrup and Lemon Juice.

3. Secure your cocktail shaker and give it a good shake! (Donāt have a cocktail shaker? Try a tightly sealed jar as an alternative).
4. Crush some of the Billingtonās Gingerbread fingers into a fine dust using a pestle and mortar or bag/rolling pin.
5. Next grab a new glass tumbler and use a lemon segment to wet the rim before carefully rolling the edge in the gingerbread crumbs to coat.

6. Add ice to the tumbler and carefully strain and pour your delicious cocktail mix over the ice.
7. Garnish with a dried blood orange segment and why not enjoy with a couple more fingers of Billingtonās Gingerbread!
