Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons espresso coffee
- 2 tablespoons gingerbread flavoured syrup
- 120ml milk
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder/extract
- As much ice as desired
To Decorate: - 2 tablespoons whipped cream

Method
- In a tall glass, combine espresso coffee with gingerbread flavoured syrup. Add a small amount of boiling water to dissolve the coffee and syrup. Add desired amount of ice. Pour in milk. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Billington’s Gingerbread crumbs.
