Billington’s Gingerbread shortlisted in the Great British Food Awards 2022

Billington’s Gingerbread has been shortlisted in the prestigious Great British Food Awards 2022 in the ‘sweet biscuits’ category. The awards, which are run by The Great British Food Magazine & include seven separate categories, are judged by an esteemed panel made up of Michelin-starred restaurateurs, broadcasters, celebrity chefs, social media influencers including Raymond Blanc OBE, Michael Roux Junior, John Torode, Simon Rogan, Monica Galetti, Rosemary Shregar, Nathan Outlaw and Olly Smith amongst others.

The Great British Food Awards were launched in 2014 to celebrate the country’s finest home-grown ingredients, as well as the hard-working folk who produce and cook with them.

The next stage of the awards is the celebrity judging round – where Eric Lanlard and team, will test those shortlisted, and pick one winner plus two runners up, in the ‘sweet biscuits’ category.
